The Puzzle - Newton Vineyard's iconic red Bordeaux blend, exemplifies the drive to stand apart. Individual microblocks on the Spring Mountain estates, 112 in all, are picked at the point of optimal flavor development, hand-sorted, and vinified separately in the custom winery facility designed expressly for handling very small lots.

The lots are tasted rigorously and their potential noted for the final blend, with only the best lots designated for The Puzzle.

Like a puzzle, the result must be greater than the sum of its parts. The Puzzle changes from vintage to vintage with the final blend determined by the winemaker at assemblage.
