Green Point Yarra Valley Chardonnay 2006's stone fruit and citrus flavours of the Chardonnay develop on the palate while subtle flint and savoury notes provide a crisp, lingering finish. Wild yeast ferment, barrel fermentation and barrel maturation introduce layers of complexity.
 
The Green Point Yarra Valley Chardonnay will improve with cellaring for 5-8 years.
 
This wine works well with creamy pasta dishes, antipasto, goats cheese tart.
