Cattier Premier Cru Clos du Moulin Champagne is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay grapes, from 95/96/98 vintages.

All stock is gift boxed.

Produced from the vineyard Clos du Moulin situated close to Chigny-les-Roses, the Clos du Moulin is composed of 3 vintages selected for their quality and capacity for a long ageing.The production of each cuveé is limited to 15 to 20,000 bottles - all numbered.

The colour is gold slightly copper coloured with a discrete and delicate nose, and notes of small red fruits.

The taste is light and fine with a power present but not strong with aromas of fresh butter and brioche bread, the Clos du Moulin is a matured Champagne with an ample and long finish.
