The Jeio Prosecco di Valdobbiadene, from the best grapes grown in all the 16 of Bisol’s vineyards making the finest Prosecco's of Valdobbiadene since1542.
The sparkling wine is obtained from selected grapes grown on the hills around Valdobbiadene at an average altitude of 250 meters (820 ft.). The vineyards yield a Prosecco (they also contain Verdiso and Pinot Bianco in a ratio of about 10%) .
The colour is a brilliant straw yellow and an extremely fine and vivacious perlage with a fruitiness emerging in a pleasing, fresh and elegant fashion. The blend is 90% Prosecco, 6% Pinot Bianco and 4% Verdiso.
Because of its notably “brut” personality, this wine makes an ideal accompaniment for the entire meal and complements cocktail sandwiches and elaborate canapés. Great for a party or "champagne" reception.
