Delivery Policy
On checkout, select the correct delivery service you require, details of options for delivery are as below. If you are not sure which to select, please call us so we may assist you.
1. Free Delivery
Free Delivery is applicable to all orders over £150. Products are sent using the same service as for Standard Delivery. If you have been offered free delivery because you have spent over £150 pounds, you can still over-ride this and request any of the other delivery options if you wish for a faster delivery. Free Delivery is applicable only for orders delivered within the UK Mainland only.
2. Standard Delivery - £6.25
Products sent take up to 5 - 7 working days. There is a maximum weight limit of 24kg (Approx 24x70cl bottles). You will be informed prior if your order exceeds this. Free delivery is available within the UK MAINLAND ONLY.
3. Next day Delivery - £8.75
Products ordered before 1500hrs will arrive the next working day, products ordered after this cut off point may take an additional working day. Please call to confirm. Charges for this service are per 24kg (Approx 24x70cl bottles). You will be informed prior if your order exceeds this.
4. 48 Hour Delivery - £7.50
Products ordered before 1500hrs will arrive after 2 working days, products ordered after this cut off point may take an additional working day.Charges for this service are per 24kg (Approx 24x70cl bottles). You will be informed prior if your order exceeeds this.
5. Saturday Delivery - £20.00
6. Large / Bulk deliveries:
These deliveries may be made using our own delivery vans which may be recommended on large volume orders or where specific delivery times are needed. Please contact The Champagne Company for a quote.
7. International Deliveries:
We can send orders internationally. Deliveries will be subject to the time schedule as advertised by the Courier. Any duties and taxes on arrival of the goods into a non-EU zone are not the liability of The Champagne Company.
8. Product Ordering Cut Off Times:
If you would like to send your order next day or 48 hour, but you are later than the 3:00pm cut-off point, please call us to check anyway, as we may have more than one collection of goods going out on that day.
