Prucia Plum Liqueur is a high quality golden liqueur made from the Japanese Ume plum, macerated in grape spirit and then aged in french Oak barrels. Matured to perfection this is a truly harmonious blend with the fruity flavour of these golden Japanese plums.
 
Isake was created by the passion of a French Sommelier and a Japanese Saké expert bringing a wider audience their discoveries of the finest Japanese Saké.
 
The Prucia is their new creation, a fusion of Japanese and French cultures. The plums come from Moissac, the finest plum-growing area in France.
 
Presented in a beautiful bottle by Jules Bremant for Isake.
