Glenfarclas 1972 Family Cask Single Malt Whisky

The Glenfarclas Family Casks series is a new range of vintage casks from first fill or refill sherry casks.Distilled in 1972 from cask number 3546, the whisky was bottled on the 30th November 2006 with a release of just 645 bottles. Coffeeand chocolate mingle with smoky, dark spices reminiscent of port or mulled wine, and on the palate toffee and cocoa, with apple leading to a distinguished finish of spices and dark chocolate.Glenfarclas Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky is distilled and matured attheir family owned and run distillery in Sctoland.
