Ayala Brut Millesime 1999 Vintage Champagne is a magnificent vintage cuvee is a true expression of the intensity and the richness of Grand Cru Pinot Noir which accounts for 80% of the blend. The remaining 20% is Chardonnay, also from Grand Crus vineyards.

The result is a sumptuous, generous and full-bodied wine, well developed aromas of honey, acacia, toast and chestnut, very Pinot Noir.

1999 was a perfect climate for an excellent vintage remincisent of the 1970 harvest.A superb bouquet and fabulous on the palate: this vintage is one of the best of the 1990’s.

Pale gold in color with a fine mousse, the wine is extremely aromatic on the nose. On the palate, it is quite dry and shows great finesse and complexity.
