In Champagne, Blanc de Blancs wines are traditionally considered the premium wines from a house due to their greatest ageing potential. Nyetimber wines are no exception to this and over the years have won many accolades since the first vintage in 1992. With careful cellar management the winemakers are able to offer a range of vintages of Blanc de Blancs.
Produced by the traditional method - the length of time that they remain in contact with the yeast lees in the bottle allows the gradual development of the hallmark characteristics of creamy vanilla, toast and roasted nuts.
